Established by an act of legislature in 1985, the Palm Harbor Community Services Agency is the lead agency for leisure services for the unincorporated communities of Palm Harbor, East Lake, Crystal Beach and Ozona in Pinellas County, Florida. PHCSA is a not-for-profit organization managed by a team of dedicated professionals and a volunteer Board of Directors. PHCSA offers competitive salaries, benefits and more to its 50+ employees.

Building and Outdoor maintenance positions avaialble
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Indoor responsibilities include:
- Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing
- Maintenance: Performing minor repairs, such as replacing light fixtures or unclogging pipes
- Security: Locking doors and windows, and conducting routine security checks
- Janitorial: Cleaning and stocking restrooms, and cleaning and sanitizing common areas
- Other duties: Setting up rooms for special events, reporting needed repairs, and ensuring heating and cooling systems are operational
Outdoor responsibilities include:
- Field maintenance: operation of trucks, athletic groomers, mowers, hand tools and other equipment while maintaining and upkeep of softball, baseball, and soccer fields.
- Equipment maintenance: Maintains all equipment in proper working order. Removes litter and debris from the grounds, keeping areas neat and free of litter at all times.
- Janitorial: Cleaning and stocking restrooms, and cleaning and sanitizing common areas
