Refunds are available for emergencies only (severe illness, death in the family, etc) and must be requested in writing accompanied by documentation. Scheduling conflicts do not qualify as an emergency. Refunds or pro-rated rates are not given for days missed. A $20 administration fee per registration applies to all changes and refunds granted. Changes and cancellation are considered on a case-by-case basis except in the event that inclement weather causes a cancellation. Those cancellations will result in an account credit.
Cleaning Protocols
The health and safety of our campers and staff is our top priority. Hand sanitizer is available at every entrance. All surfaces, toys and games are disinfected daily.
Marketing and Social Media
As a public entity, we regularly take photos and videos of our programs. Media may be used for future print, web or video advertising as well as social media, but will never be shared or sold to a commercial entity.
Code of Conduct
All campers are required to remain respectful of their Camp Counselors, fellow campers and the facilities. If a child’s behavior becomes unruly or is a disruption to participation, a parent/guardian will be contacted to pick-up the child immediately. Repeated unruly behavior will result in suspension or termination of program participation, without refund.
Cell Phone & Electronics
Cell phones and any electronics must remain in the camper’s backpack throughout the course of the day. There may be times during the week that usage of electronics may be used but never guaranteed. Electronics are never permitted outdoors or on field trips. Any electronics brought to camp are the camper’s responsibility and if used, are at their own risk.
Parents must contact the Camp office to reach a camper. If a camper needs to reach their parent during the camp day, the phone call is done through the Camp Administrator.
Public Records
As per Florida Statue 119, all correspondence to/from the Palm Harbor Community Services Agency is considered a public record and may be released as allowed by law.
