Do you have an acoustic guitar waiting for the right moment to shine? Imagine the joy of sharing music with your son, daughter, or grandchild! Whether you’re just starting out or have some skills to build upon, this is your chance to make beautiful music together! For the first 12 weeks of our journey, students will need to acquire the Hal Leonard Guitar Book 1, readily available on Amazon. Remember to bring your acoustic (NOT ELECTRIC) guitar to class, and our instructor will help you find the perfect fit if needed. Enrollment now considers the age of the student, so let’s make music across generations! Advanced registration is essential to secure your place on this uplifting adventure.

Using all natural items with no synthetics or toxins, learn to make a variety of candles (scented, bug repellent, sand art, tea light, etc) along with perfecting the art of hand-rolling incense sticks from scratch and gelling up your own natural air freshner. Decorate your own wax melt warmer and make a floral wax sachet. Pre-register by the Wednesday prior.

A Plant-Based Experience for Food Allergies
Food allergies can really make home cooking difficult. Learn easy alternatives that will allow you to cook like a gourmet chef. You’ll make gluten and dairy free dishes that are simple, delicious and accomplished with minimal kitchen tools. Each class will generate plenty of food to share. Bring a sealed container to class with you so you can take a tasting home to your family. Register by the Friday prior to the workshop so ample ingredients are available.
October 7 – Re”fried” Bean Burrita’s – $39 Get the basics of soaking beans, an intro to the Instant Pot and create a special sauce turning it into gourmet.
October 14 – Mushroom Bourguignon & Mash – $40 Learn a French classic, one pot meal made with the Instant Pot. All this with no added butter or oil.
October 21 – Creamy Vegetable Soup – $33 Create a rich, herb-infused soup and discover how to create creaminess without cream and flavor without compromise.
October 28 – Asparagus & Mushroom Risotto – $34 Rich and elegant without a drop of dairy! Learn how to utilize the magic of homemade cauliflower rice.
November 4 – Mac and Trees – $33 A creamy, cheesy sauce that is 100% plant-based, served with gluten-free pasta and a side of pan-roasted broccoli (trees).
Lunch and Learn Series

The October session will be presented by NAMI of Pinellas County and will focus on coping with loss and what strategies help the process. November’s session comes to us through Pinellas County who will give insight into assuring your donation reaches those for which it was intended. Limited seating is available with pre-registration.
