Refund and Withdrawal Policy for Classes:
Requests for refunds or withdrawals due to missed classes or scheduling conflicts will not be accepted. However, requests for medical reasons, accompanied by a doctor’s note, will be considered.
Camp Cancellation and Change Policy:
Requests to cancel camp after March 31 of the camp year will not receive a refund unless they are due to documented medical or family emergencies. Changes to camp registration (including type or week) will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.
All requests must be made in writing to the Assistant Director. Eligible requests will receive an account credit for future programs, subject to a $20 administrative fee.
